CannabAI is for informational purposes only. The information provided is not professional agricultural, legal, or medical advice. Always verify cultivation guidance against authoritative sources and consult professionals when appropriate.
Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of CannabAI complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Cannabis cultivation laws vary by jurisdiction. We make no representation that using CannabAI or acting on its guidance is legal in your location. We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of this Service.
Subscriptions and Billing
- CannabAI is available on a monthly subscription basis at $9.99/month.
- New users receive 10 free questions with no credit card required.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- No refunds are issued after the trial period. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use CannabAI for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI model or knowledge base
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Submit content that is abusive, threatening, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to send bulk queries or abuse the free trial
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
AI Limitations
CannabAI uses large language model (LLM) AI to generate responses. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
Always use your own judgment before acting on AI guidance.
Intellectual Property
The CannabAI name, logo, and website content are owned by CannabAI LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Content you submit to the Service (e.g., your grow questions) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and respond to it using our AI infrastructure.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time via account settings or by emailing support@cannab.ai.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CannabAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including crop loss, legal penalties, or reliance on AI-generated guidance.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date and notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
